Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to this website shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Egypt is our country of domicile.
Users under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering or transacting through the website.
All payment data submitted is securely processed through our verified payment provider.
Cardholders are advised to retain transaction records and review merchant terms and policies.

Delivery/Shipment

Zain Homz does not ship to OFAC-sanctioned countries.

Return Policy

We are committed to offering a seamless experience. In case of a faulty item, incorrect delivery, or if you simply changed your mind, you may request a return subject to the following:
Items must be returned unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
Include the original invoice with any accessories or promotional items.
Faulty items are eligible for return regardless of condition.
Return must be initiated within 30 days (except for furniture – see below).
Mattresses may be returned after a 30-day trial.

Non-returnable cases include:

Used or assembled products.
Products damaged due to misuse.
Returns for color/size exchange (currently not supported).

Furniture Return & Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation within 72 hours of order placement (full refund).
50% refund if canceled within 7 days.
After 7 days, cancellation is not permitted.
Furniture may be replaced only in case of manufacturing defects.

Delivery Postponement

Customers may defer furniture delivery up to 3 months from purchase date upon full payment.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
Canceled orders paid by card are subject to a 3% handling fee.
All returns must be coordinated through our customer service via info@zainhomz.com. Unapproved returns will be rejected.
Upon return approval:
Customers may receive a refund or Zain Homz voucher.

You may return within 14 days of delivery. Some products have up to 30 days. Email our support team to proceed.

2. Received a faulty product?
Contact our support. We’ll assess the issue and guide you through the return.

3. Received the wrong item?
We sincerely apologize. Email us and we’ll correct it promptly at no additional cost.
